这几年规定严了。不给非必要的权限，应用不能拒绝提供服务。
Zhè jǐ nián guīdìng yán le. Bù gěi fēi bìyào de quánxiàn, yìngyòng bù néng jùjué tígōng fúwù.
The rules have tightened in recent years. Refusing a non-essential permission does not entitle an app to withhold the service.

把所有应用的权限都查一遍: to go through the permissions of every app. The 把 construction brings the object in front of the verb, which then obliges you to say what becomes of it; 一遍 fills that role by saying the action covers the whole lot, once. With nothing behind it, 把…查 would hang and be ungrammatical.
难怪我天天接到卖房的电话: no wonder I get those calls. 难怪 goes at the head of the sentence and signals that what has just been said finally explains something you had been putting up with without understanding. It does not translate as a question, and it always assumes a cause set out immediately before.
To scan a code, that is, a two-dimensional code. The gesture is so ordinary in China that it has its own short verb, 扫码, used for paying, signing up, opening a menu or getting into somewhere. The full word is 扫二维码, but you hardly hear it outside written instructions.
