In a café, Xiaoyu is looking for the wifi password, cannot get connected, and then manages it.
What you learn to do
asking whether there is wifi
asking where the password is
saying that it is not working
saying a connection is slow

Language points
What is written 无线网 is usually said in English
The sign says 无线网, "wireless network", and sometimes 无线网络. Spoken aloud, almost everyone uses the English word, pronounced as two syllables in the Chinese way. The commonest question is 有无线网吗 or, shorter still, 密码是多少, since everyone knows which password is meant.
没 negates the past, 不 negates the rest
我没看到 says I did not see it: the thing did not happen, and that calls for 没. 我不看 would mean I refuse to look, or that I do not look as a rule. The rule fits on one line: 没 for what did not happen, 不 for will, habit and the future. Only 有 is an exception, always negated with 没有.
还是: "still not"
This 还是 is not the one that offers a choice between two things, seen in lesson 10. Here it means "all the same, still": 我输了,还是不行, I entered it and it still will not work. The context keeps them apart: a question offers a choice, a statement records a persistence.
