Doctor Zhang goes through Xiaoyu's test results. Two values are high, and one of them means nothing.

Xiaoyu
张大夫，有问题吗？我这几天一直很紧张。
Zhāng dàifu, yǒu wèntí ma ? Wǒ zhè jǐ tiān yīzhí hěn jǐnzhāng.
Doctor Zhang, is there a problem? I have been very anxious these last few days.
Doctor Zhang
大部分都正常，只有两项偏高。
Dà bùfen dōu zhèngcháng, zhǐyǒu liǎng xiàng piān gāo.
Most of the values are normal, only two are a little high.
Xiaoyu
哪两项？
Nǎ liǎng xiàng ?
Which two?
Doctor Zhang
血糖和血脂。不但跟吃的东西有关，而且跟不运动有关。
Xuè táng hé xuè zhī. Bùdàn gēn chī de dōngxi yǒuguān, érqiě gēn bù yùndòng yǒuguān.
Blood sugar and blood lipids. It has to do not only with what you eat, but with a lack of exercise.
Xiaoyu
抽血前一天晚上，我喝了一杯奶茶。
Chōu xiě qián yī tiān wǎnshang, wǒ hē le yī bēi nǎichá.
The night before the blood test, I drank a cup of milk tea.
Doctor Zhang
抽血要空腹。喝了奶茶，血糖这一项就不准了。
Chōu xiě yào kōng fù. Hē le nǎichá, xuè táng zhè yī xiàng jiù bù zhǔn le.
A blood test has to be done on an empty stomach. With milk tea, the blood sugar reading is no longer reliable.

那另外一项呢？
Nà lìngwài yī xiàng ne ?
And the other value?

那一项跟前一天没关系，是真的偏高。
Nà yī xiàng gēn qián yī tiān méi guānxi, shì zhēn de piān gāo.
That one has nothing to do with the night before, it really is high.

先不吃。把晚饭的油减下来，每天走四十分钟。
Xiān bù chī. Bǎ wǎnfàn de yóu jiǎn xiàlai, měi tiān zǒu sìshí fēnzhōng.
Not yet. Cut the fat out of your evening meal and walk forty minutes a day.
Xiaoyu
三个月以后再来查，对吗？
Sān gè yuè yǐhòu zài lái chá, duì ma ?
And come back for a test in three months, is that right?
Doctor Zhang
对。血糖这一项下个月重做，空腹来。
Duì. Xuè táng zhè yī xiàng xià gè yuè chóng zuò, kōng fù lái.
That is right. Redo the blood sugar next month, and come on an empty stomach.
偏 before an adjective says the value leans the wrong way without being frankly there: 偏高, 偏低, 偏瘦, 偏咸. It is the word of medical reports and polite criticism, and English needs two words for it ("a little too"). It is never used with 很 or 非常.
跟吃的东西有关: it has to do with what you eat. The mould 跟 A 有关 links a cause to an effect without claiming it is the only one, which suits medical caution. Its negative, 跟…没关系, is the one in line 9 and means "that has nothing to do with it".
The same character is read zhòng and means "heavy", or chóng and means "again". 重做 is therefore "to redo", not "to do heavily". Context nearly always decides, but the reading changes, and an audio lesson is the only place where you can really hear it.
