The guard
外面随便照。里面的画不能照。

下 attached to a verb says there is or is not room enough: 照不下, it will not fit in the photograph; 坐不下, the table cannot seat everyone; 装不下, the case will not hold it all. The positive form takes 得: 照得下. It is the complement of capacity, and it is used for nothing else.
帮 is built with the person helped and then the action: 帮我照一张. The polite version adds 麻烦您 in front and 行吗 behind, which gives the whole sentence: 麻烦您帮我们照一张，行吗. You do not say 照我, which would mean pointing the camera at yourself, nor 给我照, which is heard but makes less of the trouble you are asking for.
随便照 means photograph as much as you please, with no restriction. The word serves as an adverb, 随便说, to say anything at all, and as a ready-made answer: to someone asking what you want to eat, 随便 says it does not matter. Be careful, though: depending on the tone it carries a shade of carelessness, and 他做事很随便 is not a compliment.
