快递 means the express delivery service, the parcel it carries, and often the delivery driver too. 我来取快递 means "I have come to collect my parcel". The pick-up point is a 快递点 or 驿站, and the locker cabinet a 快递柜. It is a word no old textbook contains and that you use every week.
我帮你拿 means "I will carry it for you". The order is fixed: 帮, the person helped, then what you are doing in their place. You do not say 我帮拿你. The fuller form 帮忙 stands alone with no object: 你能帮忙吗, can you give me a hand?
一大一小 says "one big and one small" in four characters, without naming what is being counted. The pattern 一… 一… sets two things of the same kind against each other: 一冷一热, 一前一后, 一南一北. It is compact, very common in speech, and worth learning as it stands.
