Language points
You do not put 不 with 比
To say one thing is worse than another, Chinese does not negate 比: 这个不比那个快 means "no faster", that is to say much the same, not "slower". Inferiority is expressed with 没有: 它没有贵的那么快, it is not as fast as the dear one. 那么 is optional but very common.
更 and 还, two degrees of more
更 simply strengthens: 更重要, more important still. 还 pushes beyond what was expected, often with a touch of surprise: 比贵的还好, better than the dear one, which you would not have thought. Both go before the adjective, and neither 很 nor 太 is written into a comparison: 比这个很贵 is a mistake.
用得久: a judgement passed on the action
得 after the verb introduces the judgement: 用得久, it lasts a long time in use; 拍得清楚, it photographs sharply; 跑得快, it runs fast. Chinese judges the action itself, where English gives the object a quality, "it has good battery life". Learning the turn of phrase saves you the technical vocabulary, which is out of reach at this level.
