Language points

再说一遍: the sentence to learn by heart

This is the request to repeat, word for word: 再 again, 说 say, 一遍 one time through. You soften it with 请 in front, or with 好吗 behind. The full polite form is 请您再说一遍, and it will get you out of trouble a hundred times in your first year.

遍 and 次 do not count the same thing

次 counts occurrences: 我去过三次, I have been three times. 遍 counts complete passes, from start to finish: 说一遍, 看两遍, 听三遍. Repeating a word is 说一次; reading a whole text again is 看一遍. The second implies that nothing is skipped.

The adverb goes before the verb

慢一点儿说, literally "a bit slowly speak". English puts the manner after the verb, Chinese puts it in front: 大声说, to speak loudly; 快点儿走, to walk quickly. The construction 说得慢, which judges the way someone speaks, also exists but belongs to the next level.
