Qingdao International Beer Festival

Every year in August, Qingdao holds the International Beer Festival 青岛国际啤酒节 (Qīngdǎo guójì píjiǔ jié). The city, in Shandong, is the home of the Tsingtao brewery, founded in 1903 during the German administration of the port. The festival is a week of tents, processions and glasses on the seafront, closer to a harvest fair than to a lunar feast.

It has no date on the traditional calendar. The hub lists it among the celebrations the site actually documents, without inventing a day it cannot compute.
