| 1 | （可拉后裔的诗，交与伶长。用迦特乐器。）万军之耶和华阿，你的居所何等可爱。 | How amiable are thy tabernacles, O LORD of hosts! |
| 2 | 我羡慕渴想耶和华的院宇。我的心肠，我的肉体，向永生神呼吁（或作欢呼）。 | My soul longeth, yea, even fainteth for the courts of the LORD: my heart and my flesh crieth out for the living God. |
| 3 | 万军之耶和华我的王，我的神阿，在你祭坛那里，麻雀为自己找着房屋。燕子为自己找着抱雏之窝。 | Yea, the sparrow hath found an house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, even thine altars, O LORD of hosts, my King, and my God. |
| 4 | 如此住在你殿中的，便为有福。他们仍要赞美你。（细拉） | Blessed are they that dwell in thy house: they will be still praising thee. Selah. |
| 5 | 靠你有力量心中想往锡安大道的，这人便为有福。 | Blessed is the man whose strength is in thee; in whose heart are the ways of them. |
| 6 | 他们经过流泪谷，叫这谷变为泉源之地。并有秋雨之福，盖满了全谷。 | Who passing through the valley of Baca make it a well; the rain also filleth the pools. |
| 7 | 他们行走，力上加力，各人到锡安朝见神。 | They go from strength to strength, every one of them in Zion appeareth before God. |
| 8 | 耶和华万军之神阿，求你听我的祷告。雅各的神阿，求你留心听。（细拉） | O LORD God of hosts, hear my prayer: give ear, O God of Jacob. Selah. |
| 9 | 神阿，你是我们的盾牌。求你垂顾观看你受膏者的面。 | Behold, O God our shield, and look upon the face of thine anointed. |
| 10 | 在你的院宇住一日，胜似在别处住千日。宁可在我神殿中看门，不愿住在恶人的帐棚里。 | For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness. |
| 11 | 因为耶和华神是日头，是盾牌，要赐下恩惠和荣耀。他未尝留下一样好处，不给那些行动正直的人。 | For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. |
| 12 | 万军之耶和华阿，倚靠你的人，便为有福。 | O LORD of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee. |
