| 1 | （大卫与两河间的亚兰并琐巴的亚兰争战的时候，约押转回，在盐谷攻击以东，杀了一万二千人。那时大卫作这金诗，叫人学习，交与伶长。调用为证的百合花。）神阿，你丢弃了我们，使我们破败；你向我们发怒，求你使我们复兴。 | O God, thou hast cast us off, thou hast scattered us, thou hast been displeased; O turn thyself to us again. |
| 2 | 你使地震动，而且崩裂。求你将裂口医好。因为地摇动。 | Thou hast made the earth to tremble; thou hast broken it: heal the breaches thereof; for it shaketh. |
| 3 | 你叫你的民遇见艰难。你叫我们喝那使人东倒西歪的酒。 | Thou hast shewed thy people hard things: thou hast made us to drink the wine of astonishment. |
| 4 | 你把旌旗赐给敬畏你的人，可以为真理扬起来。（细拉） | Thou hast given a banner to them that fear thee, that it may be displayed because of the truth. Selah. |
| 5 | 求你应允我们，用右手拯救我们，好叫你所亲爱的人得救。 | That thy beloved may be delivered; save with thy right hand, and hear me. |
| 6 | 神已经指着他的圣洁说，（说或作应许我）我要欢乐。我要分开示剑，丈量疏割谷。 | God hath spoken in his holiness; I will rejoice, I will divide Shechem, and mete out the valley of Succoth. |
| 7 | 基列是我的。玛拿西也是我的。以法莲是护卫我头的。犹大是我的杖。 | Gilead is mine, and Manasseh is mine; Ephraim also is the strength of mine head; Judah is my lawgiver; |
| 8 | 摩押是我的沐浴盆。我要向以东抛鞋。非利士阿，你还能因我欢呼吗？ | Moab is my washpot; over Edom will I cast out my shoe: Philistia, triumph thou because of me. |
| 9 | 谁能领我进坚固城。谁能引我到以东地。 | Who will bring me into the strong city? who will lead me into Edom? |
| 10 | 神阿，你不是丢弃了我们吗？神阿，你不和我们的军兵同去吗？ | Wilt not thou, O God, which hadst cast us off? and thou, O God, which didst not go out with our armies? |
| 11 | 求你帮助我们攻击敌人，因为人的帮助是枉然的。 | Give us help from trouble: for vain is the help of man. |
| 12 | 我们倚靠神，才得施展大能，因为践踏我们敌人的就是他。 | Through God we shall do valiantly: for he it is that shall tread down our enemies. |
