| 1 | 耶和华阿，求你记念我们所遭遇的事，观看我们所受的凌辱。 | Remember, O LORD, what is come upon us: consider, and behold our reproach. |
| 2 | 我们的产业归与外邦人。我们的房屋归与外路人。 | Our inheritance is turned to strangers, our houses to aliens. |
| 3 | 我们是无父的孤儿。我们的母亲好像寡妇。 | We are orphans and fatherless, our mothers are as widows. |
| 4 | 我们出钱才得水喝。我们的柴是人卖给我们的。 | We have drunken our water for money; our wood is sold unto us. |
| 5 | 追赶我们的，到了我们的颈项上。我们疲乏不得歇息。 | Our necks are under persecution: we labour, and have no rest. |
| 6 | 我们投降埃及人和亚述人，为要得粮吃饱。 | We have given the hand to the Egyptians, and to the Assyrians, to be satisfied with bread. |
| 7 | 我们列祖犯罪，而今不在了。我们担当他们的罪孽。 | Our fathers have sinned, and are not; and we have borne their iniquities. |
| 8 | 奴仆辖制我们，无人救我们脱离他们的手。 | Servants have ruled over us: there is none that doth deliver us out of their hand. |
| 9 | 因为旷野的刀剑，我们冒着险才得粮食。 | We gat our bread with the peril of our lives because of the sword of the wilderness. |
| 10 | 因饥饿燥热，我们的皮肤就黑如炉。 | Our skin was black like an oven because of the terrible famine. |
| 11 | 敌人在锡安玷污妇人，在犹大的城邑玷污处女。 | They ravished the women in Zion, and the maids in the cities of Judah. |
| 12 | 他们吊起首领的手，也不尊敬老人的面。 | Princes are hanged up by their hand: the faces of elders were not honoured. |
| 13 | 少年人扛磨石，孩童背木柴，都绊跌了。 | They took the young men to grind, and the children fell under the wood. |
| 14 | 老年人在城门口断绝。少年人不再作乐。 | The elders have ceased from the gate, the young men from their musick. |
| 15 | 我们心中的快乐止息，跳舞变为悲哀。 | The joy of our heart is ceased; our dance is turned into mourning. |
| 16 | 冠冕从我们的头上落下。我们犯罪了，我们有祸了。 | The crown is fallen from our head: woe unto us, that we have sinned! |
| 17 | 这些事我们心里发昏，我们的眼睛昏花。 | For this our heart is faint; for these things our eyes are dim. |
| 18 | 锡安山荒凉，野狗（或作狐狸）行在其上。 | Because of the mountain of Zion, which is desolate, the foxes walk upon it. |
| 19 | 耶和华阿，你存到永远。你的宝座存到万代。 | Thou, O LORD, remainest for ever; thy throne from generation to generation. |
| 20 | 你为何永远忘记我们。为何许久离弃我们。 | Wherefore dost thou forget us for ever, and forsake us so long time? |
| 21 | 耶和华阿，求你使我们向你回转，我们便得回转。求你复新我们的日子，像古时一样。 | Turn thou us unto thee, O LORD, and we shall be turned; renew our days as of old. |
| 22 | 你竟全然弃绝我们，向我们大发烈怒。 | But thou hast utterly rejected us; thou art very wroth against us. |
