| 1 | 耶和华的话临到耶利米说， | The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying, |
| 2 | 耶和华以色列的神如此说，你将我对你说过的一切话都写在书上。 | Thus speaketh the LORD God of Israel, saying, Write thee all the words that I have spoken unto thee in a book. |
| 3 | 耶和华说，日子将到，我要使我的百姓以色列和犹大被掳的人归回。我也要使他们回到我所赐给他们列祖之地，他们就得这地为业。这是耶和华说的。 | For, lo, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will bring again the captivity of my people Israel and Judah, saith the LORD: and I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it. |
| 4 | 以下是耶和华论到以色列和犹大所说的话， | And these are the words that the LORD spake concerning Israel and concerning Judah. |
| 5 | 耶和华如此说，我们听见声音，是战抖惧怕而不平安的声音。 | For thus saith the LORD; We have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace. |
| 6 | 你们且访问看看，男人有产难吗？我怎么看见人人用手掐腰，像产难的妇人，脸面都变青了呢？ | Ask ye now, and see whether a man doth travail with child? wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness? |
| 7 | 哀哉。那日为大，无日可比。这是雅各遭难的时候，但他必被救出来。 | Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob's trouble, but he shall be saved out of it. |
| 8 | 万军之耶和华说，到那日，我必从你颈项上折断仇敌的轭，扭开他的绳索。外邦人不得再使你作他们的奴仆。 | For it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and will burst thy bonds, and strangers shall no more serve themselves of him: |
| 9 | 你们却要事奉耶和华你们的神和我为你们所要兴起的王大卫。 | But they shall serve the LORD their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them. |
| 10 | 故此，耶和华说，我的仆人雅各阿，不要惧怕。以色列阿，不要惊惶。因我要从远方拯救你，从被掳到之地拯救你的后裔。雅各必回来得享平靖安逸，无人使他害怕。 | Therefore fear thou not, O my servant Jacob, saith the LORD; neither be dismayed, O Israel: for, lo, I will save thee from afar, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and shall be in rest, and be quiet, and none shall make him afraid. |
| 11 | 因我与你同在，要拯救你，也要将所赶散你到的那些国灭绝净尽，却不将你灭绝净尽，倒要从宽惩治你，万不能不罚你（不罚你或作以你为无罪）。这是耶和华说的。 | For I am with thee, saith the LORD, to save thee: though I make a full end of all nations whither I have scattered thee, yet I will not make a full end of thee: but I will correct thee in measure, and will not leave thee altogether unpunished. |
| 12 | 耶和华如此说，你的损伤无法医治。你的伤痕极其重大。 | For thus saith the LORD, Thy bruise is incurable, and thy wound is grievous. |
| 13 | 无人为你分诉，使你的伤痕得以缠裹。你没有医治的良药。 | There is none to plead thy cause, that thou mayest be bound up: thou hast no healing medicines. |
| 14 | 你所亲爱的都忘记你，不来探问（或作理会）你。我因你的罪孽甚大，罪恶众多，曾用仇敌加的伤害伤害你，用残忍者的惩治惩治你。 | All thy lovers have forgotten thee; they seek thee not; for I have wounded thee with the wound of an enemy, with the chastisement of a cruel one, for the multitude of thine iniquity; because thy sins were increased. |
| 15 | 你为何因损伤哀号呢？你的痛苦无法医治。我因你的罪孽甚大，罪恶众多，曾将这些加在你身上。 | Why criest thou for thine affliction? thy sorrow is incurable for the multitude of thine iniquity: because thy sins were increased, I have done these things unto thee. |
| 16 | 故此，凡吞吃你的必被吞吃。你的敌人个个都被掳去。掳掠你的必成为掳物。抢夺你的必成为掠物。 | Therefore all they that devour thee shall be devoured; and all thine adversaries, every one of them, shall go into captivity; and they that spoil thee shall be a spoil, and all that prey upon thee will I give for a prey. |
| 17 | 耶和华说，我必使你痊愈，医好你的伤痕，都因人称你为被赶散的，说，这是锡安，无人来探问（或作理会）的。 | For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the LORD; because they called thee an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeketh after. |
| 18 | 耶和华如此说，我必使雅各被掳去的帐棚归回，也必顾惜他的住处。城必建造在原旧的山冈。宫殿也照旧有人居住。 | Thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will bring again the captivity of Jacob's tents, and have mercy on his dwellingplaces; and the city shall be builded upon her own heap, and the palace shall remain after the manner thereof. |
| 19 | 必有感谢和欢乐的声音从其中发出，我要使他们增多，不致减少。使他们尊荣，不致卑微。 | And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small. |
| 20 | 他们的儿女要如往日。他们的会众坚立在我面前。凡欺压他们的，我必刑罚他。 | Their children also shall be as aforetime, and their congregation shall be established before me, and I will punish all that oppress them. |
| 21 | 他们的君王必是属乎他们的。掌权的必从他们中间而出。我要使他就近我，他也要亲近我。不然，谁有胆量亲近我呢？这是耶和华说的。 | And their nobles shall be of themselves, and their governor shall proceed from the midst of them; and I will cause him to draw near, and he shall approach unto me: for who is this that engaged his heart to approach unto me? saith the LORD. |
| 22 | 你们要作我的子民，我要作你们的神。 | And ye shall be my people, and I will be your God. |
| 23 | 看哪，耶和华的忿怒好像暴风已经发出。是扫灭的暴风，必转到恶人的头上。 | Behold, the whirlwind of the LORD goeth forth with fury, a continuing whirlwind: it shall fall with pain upon the head of the wicked. |
| 24 | 耶和华的烈怒必不转消，直到他心中所拟定的成就了。末后的日子你们要明白。 | The fierce anger of the LORD shall not return, until he hath done it, and until he have performed the intents of his heart: in the latter days ye shall consider it. |
