| 1 | 摩西晓谕以色列各支派的首领说，耶和华所吩咐的乃是这样， | And Moses spake unto the heads of the tribes concerning the children of Israel, saying, This is the thing which the LORD hath commanded. |
| 2 | 人若向耶和华许愿或起誓，要约束自己，就不可食言，必要按口中所出的一切话行。 | If a man vow a vow unto the LORD, or swear an oath to bind his soul with a bond; he shall not break his word, he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth. |
| 3 | 女子年幼，还在父家的时候，若向耶和华许愿，要约束自己， | If a woman also vow a vow unto the LORD, and bind herself by a bond, being in her father's house in her youth; |
| 4 | 她父亲也听见她所许的愿并约束自己的话，却向她默默不言，她所许的愿并约束自己的话就都要为定。 | And her father hear her vow, and her bond wherewith she hath bound her soul, and her father shall hold his peace at her; then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she hath bound her soul shall stand. |
| 5 | 但她父亲听见的日子若不应承她所许的愿和约束自己的话，就都不得为定。耶和华也必赦免她，因为她父亲不应承。 | But if her father disallow her in the day that he heareth; not any of her vows, or of her bonds wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand: and the LORD shall forgive her, because her father disallowed her. |
| 6 | 她若出了嫁，有愿在身，或是口中出了约束自己的冒失话， | And if she had at all an husband, when she vowed, or uttered ought out of her lips, wherewith she bound her soul; |
| 7 | 她丈夫听见的日子，却向她默默不言，她所许的愿并约束自己的话就都要为定。 | And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her in the day that he heard it: then her vows shall stand, and her bonds wherewith she bound her soul shall stand. |
| 8 | 但她丈夫听见的日子，若不应承，就算废了她所许的愿和她出口约束自己的冒失话。耶和华也必赦免她。 | But if her husband disallowed her on the day that he heard it; then he shall make her vow which she vowed, and that which she uttered with her lips, wherewith she bound her soul, of none effect: and the LORD shall forgive her. |
| 9 | 寡妇或是被休的妇人所许的愿，就是她约束自己的话，都要为定。 | But every vow of a widow, and of her that is divorced, wherewith they have bound their souls, shall stand against her. |
| 10 | 她若在丈夫家里许了愿或起了誓，约束自己， | And if she vowed in her husband's house, or bound her soul by a bond with an oath; |
| 11 | 丈夫听见，却向她默默不言，也没有不应承，她所许的愿并约束自己的话就都要为定。 | And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her, and disallowed her not: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she bound her soul shall stand. |
| 12 | 丈夫听见的日子，若把这两样全废了，妇人口中所许的愿或是约束自己的话就都不得为定，因她丈夫已经把这两样废了。耶和华也必赦免她。 | But if her husband hath utterly made them void on the day he heard them; then whatsoever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand: her husband hath made them void; and the LORD shall forgive her. |
| 13 | 凡她所许的愿和刻苦约束自己所起的誓，她丈夫可以坚定，也可以废去。 | Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish it, or her husband may make it void. |
| 14 | 倘若她丈夫天天向她默默不言，就算是坚定她所许的愿和约束自己的话。因丈夫听见的日子向她默默不言，就使这两样坚定。 | But if her husband altogether hold his peace at her from day to day; then he establisheth all her vows, or all her bonds, which are upon her: he confirmeth them, because he held his peace at her in the day that he heard them. |
| 15 | 但她丈夫听见以后，若使这两样全废了，就要担当妇人的罪孽。 | But if he shall any ways make them void after that he hath heard them; then he shall bear her iniquity. |
| 16 | 这是丈夫待妻子，父亲待女儿，女儿年幼，还在父家，耶和华所吩咐摩西的律例。 | These are the statutes, which the LORD commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, between the father and his daughter, being yet in her youth in her father's house. |
