| 1 | 行为完全，遵行耶和华律法的，这人便为有福。 | Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD. |
| 2 | 遵守他的法度，一心寻求他的，这人便为有福。 | Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart. |
| 3 | 这人不做非义的事，但遵行他的道。 | They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways. |
| 4 | 耶和华阿，你曾将你的训词吩咐我们，为要我们殷勤遵守。 | Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently. |
| 5 | 但愿我行事坚定，得以遵守你的律例。 | O that my ways were directed to keep thy statutes! |
| 6 | 我看重你的一切命令，就不至于羞愧。 | Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect unto all thy commandments. |
| 7 | 我学了你公义的判语，就要以正直的心称谢你。 | I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned thy righteous judgments. |
| 8 | 我必守你的律例。求你总不要丢弃我。 | I will keep thy statutes: O forsake me not utterly. |
| 9 | 少年人用什么洁净他的行为呢？是要遵行你的话。 | Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word. |
| 10 | 我一心寻求了你。求你不要叫我偏离你的命令。 | With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments. |
| 11 | 我将你的话藏在心里，免得我得罪你。 | Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee. |
| 12 | 耶和华阿，你是应当称颂的。求你将你的律例教训我。 | Blessed art thou, O LORD: teach me thy statutes. |
| 13 | 我用嘴唇传扬你口中的一切典章。 | With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth. |
| 14 | 我喜悦你的法度，如同喜悦一切的财物。 | I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as much as in all riches. |
| 15 | 我要默想你的训词，看重你的道路。 | I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways. |
| 16 | 我要在你的律例中自乐。我不忘记你的话。 | I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word. |
| 17 | 求你用厚恩待你的仆人，使我存活。我就遵守你的话。 | Deal bountifully with thy servant, that I may live, and keep thy word. |
| 18 | 求你开我的眼睛，使我看出你律法中的奇妙。 | Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law. |
| 19 | 我是在地上作寄居的。求你不要向我隐瞒你的命令。 | I am a stranger in the earth: hide not thy commandments from me. |
| 20 | 我时常切慕你的典章，甚至心碎。 | My soul breaketh for the longing that it hath unto thy judgments at all times. |
| 21 | 受咒诅偏离你命令的骄傲人，你已经责备他们。 | Thou hast rebuked the proud that are cursed, which do err from thy commandments. |
| 22 | 求你除掉我所受的羞辱和藐视。因我遵守你的法度。 | Remove from me reproach and contempt; for I have kept thy testimonies. |
| 23 | 虽有首领坐着妄论我。你仆人却思想你的律例。 | Princes also did sit and speak against me: but thy servant did meditate in thy statutes. |
| 24 | 你的法度，是我所喜乐的，是我的谋士。 | Thy testimonies also are my delight and my counsellors. |
| 25 | 我的性命几乎归于尘土。求你照你的话，将我救活。 | My soul cleaveth unto the dust: quicken thou me according to thy word. |
| 26 | 我述说我所行的，你应允了我。求你将你的律例教训我。 | I have declared my ways, and thou heardest me: teach me thy statutes. |
| 27 | 求你使我明白你的训词，我就思想你的奇事。 | Make me to understand the way of thy precepts: so shall I talk of thy wondrous works. |
| 28 | 我的心因愁苦而消化。求你照你的话使我坚立。 | My soul melteth for heaviness: strengthen thou me according unto thy word. |
| 29 | 求你使我离开奸诈的道，开恩将你的律法赐给我。 | Remove from me the way of lying: and grant me thy law graciously. |
| 30 | 我拣选了忠信的道，将你的典章摆在我面前。 | I have chosen the way of truth: thy judgments have I laid before me. |
| 31 | 我持守你的法度。耶和华阿，求你不要叫我羞愧。 | I have stuck unto thy testimonies: O LORD, put me not to shame. |
| 32 | 你开广我心的时候，我就往你命令的道上直奔。 | I will run the way of thy commandments, when thou shalt enlarge my heart. |
| 33 | 耶和华阿，求你将你的律例指教我，我必遵守到底。 | Teach me, O LORD, the way of thy statutes; and I shall keep it unto the end. |
| 34 | 求你赐我悟性，我便遵守你的律法。且要一心遵守。 | Give me understanding, and I shall keep thy law; yea, I shall observe it with my whole heart. |
| 35 | 求你叫我遵行你的命令。因为这是我所喜乐的。 | Make me to go in the path of thy commandments; for therein do I delight. |
| 36 | 求你使我的心，趋向你的法度，不趋向非义之财。 | Incline my heart unto thy testimonies, and not to covetousness. |
| 37 | 求你叫我转眼不看虚假，又叫我在你的道中生活。 | Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity; and quicken thou me in thy way. |
| 38 | 你向敬畏你的人所应许的话，求你向仆人坚定。 | Stablish thy word unto thy servant, who is devoted to thy fear. |
| 39 | 求你使我所怕的羞辱远离我，因你的典章本为美。 | Turn away my reproach which I fear: for thy judgments are good. |
| 40 | 我羡慕你的训词。求你使我在你的公义上生活。 | Behold, I have longed after thy precepts: quicken me in thy righteousness. |
| 41 | 耶和华阿，愿你照你的话，使你的慈爱，就是你的救恩，临到我身上。 | Let thy mercies come also unto me, O LORD, even thy salvation, according to thy word. |
| 42 | 我就有话回答那羞辱我的。因我倚靠你的话。 | So shall I have wherewith to answer him that reproacheth me: for I trust in thy word. |
| 43 | 求你叫真理的话，总不离开我口。因我仰望你的典章。 | And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; for I have hoped in thy judgments. |
| 44 | 我要常守你的律法，直到永永远远。 | So shall I keep thy law continually for ever and ever. |
| 45 | 我要自由而行（或作我要行在宽阔之地）。因我素来考究你的训词。 | And I will walk at liberty: for I seek thy precepts. |
| 46 | 我也要在君王面前，论说你的法度，并不至于羞愧。 | I will speak of thy testimonies also before kings, and will not be ashamed. |
| 47 | 我要在你的命令中自乐。这命令素来是我所爱的。 | And I will delight myself in thy commandments, which I have loved. |
| 48 | 我又要遵行（原文作举手）你的命令。这命令素来是我所爱的。我也要思想你的律例。 | My hands also will I lift up unto thy commandments, which I have loved; and I will meditate in thy statutes. |
| 49 | 求你记念向你仆人所应许的话，叫我有盼望。 | Remember the word unto thy servant, upon which thou hast caused me to hope. |
| 50 | 这话将我救活了。我在患难中，因此得安慰。 | This is my comfort in my affliction: for thy word hath quickened me. |
| 51 | 骄傲的人甚侮慢我。我却未曾偏离你的律法。 | The proud have had me greatly in derision: yet have I not declined from thy law. |
| 52 | 耶和华阿，我记念你从古以来的典章，就得了安慰。 | I remembered thy judgments of old, O LORD; and have comforted myself. |
| 53 | 我见恶人离弃你的律法，就怒气发作，犹如火烧。 | Horror hath taken hold upon me because of the wicked that forsake thy law. |
| 54 | 我在世寄居，素来以你的律例为诗歌。 | Thy statutes have been my songs in the house of my pilgrimage. |
| 55 | 耶和华阿，我夜间记念你的名，遵守你的律法。 | I have remembered thy name, O LORD, in the night, and have kept thy law. |
| 56 | 我所以如此，是因我守你的训词。 | This I had, because I kept thy precepts. |
| 57 | 耶和华是我的福分。我曾说，我要遵守你的言语。 | Thou art my portion, O LORD: I have said that I would keep thy words. |
| 58 | 我一心求过你的恩。愿你照你的话怜悯我。 | I intreated thy favour with my whole heart: be merciful unto me according to thy word. |
| 59 | 我思想我所行的道，就转步归向你的法度。 | I thought on my ways, and turned my feet unto thy testimonies. |
| 60 | 我急忙遵守你的命令，并不迟延。 | I made haste, and delayed not to keep thy commandments. |
| 61 | 恶人的绳索缠绕我。我却没有忘记你的律法。 | The bands of the wicked have robbed me: but I have not forgotten thy law. |
| 62 | 我因你公义的典章，半夜必起来称谢你。 | At midnight I will rise to give thanks unto thee because of thy righteous judgments. |
| 63 | 凡敬畏你，守你训词的人，我都与他作伴。 | I am a companion of all them that fear thee, and of them that keep thy precepts. |
| 64 | 耶和华阿，你的慈爱遍满大地。求你将你的律例教训我。 | The earth, O LORD, is full of thy mercy: teach me thy statutes. |
| 65 | 耶和华阿，你向来是照你的话善待仆人。 | Thou hast dealt well with thy servant, O LORD, according unto thy word. |
| 66 | 求你将精明和知识赐给我。因我信了你的命令。 | Teach me good judgment and knowledge: for I have believed thy commandments. |
| 67 | 我未受苦以先，走迷了路，现在却遵守你的话。 | Before I was afflicted I went astray: but now have I kept thy word. |
| 68 | 你本为善，所行的也善。求你将你的律例教训我。 | Thou art good, and doest good; teach me thy statutes. |
| 69 | 骄傲人编造谎言攻击我。我却要一心守你的训词。 | The proud have forged a lie against me: but I will keep thy precepts with my whole heart. |
| 70 | 他们心蒙脂油。我却喜爱你的律法。 | Their heart is as fat as grease; but I delight in thy law. |
| 71 | 我受苦是与我有益，为要使我学习你的律例。 | It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn thy statutes. |
| 72 | 你口中的训言（或作律法），与我有益，胜于千万的金银。 | The law of thy mouth is better unto me than thousands of gold and silver. |
| 73 | 你的手制造我，建立我。求你赐我悟性，可以学习你的命令。 | Thy hands have made me and fashioned me: give me understanding, that I may learn thy commandments. |
| 74 | 敬畏你的人见我，就要欢喜。因我仰望你的话。 | They that fear thee will be glad when they see me; because I have hoped in thy word. |
| 75 | 耶和华阿，我知道你的判语是公义的。你使我受苦，是以诚实待我。 | I know, O LORD, that thy judgments are right, and that thou in faithfulness hast afflicted me. |
| 76 | 求你照着应许仆人的话，以慈爱安慰我。 | Let, I pray thee, thy merciful kindness be for my comfort, according to thy word unto thy servant. |
| 77 | 愿你的慈悲临到我，使我存活。因你的律法是我所喜爱的。 | Let thy tender mercies come unto me, that I may live: for thy law is my delight. |
| 78 | 愿骄傲人蒙羞。因为他们无理地倾覆我。但我要思想你的训词。 | Let the proud be ashamed; for they dealt perversely with me without a cause: but I will meditate in thy precepts. |
| 79 | 愿敬畏你的人归向我，他们就知道你的法度。 | Let those that fear thee turn unto me, and those that have known thy testimonies. |
| 80 | 愿我的心在你的律例上完全，使我不至蒙羞。 | Let my heart be sound in thy statutes; that I be not ashamed. |
| 81 | 我心渴想你的救恩，仰望你的应许。 | My soul fainteth for thy salvation: but I hope in thy word. |
| 82 | 我因盼望你的应许，眼睛失明，说，你何时安慰我。 | Mine eyes fail for thy word, saying, When wilt thou comfort me? |
| 83 | 我好像烟薰的皮袋。却不忘记你的律例。 | For I am become like a bottle in the smoke; yet do I not forget thy statutes. |
| 84 | 你仆人的年日有多少呢？你几时向逼迫我的人施行审判呢？ | How many are the days of thy servant? when wilt thou execute judgment on them that persecute me? |
| 85 | 不从你律法的骄傲人，为我掘了坑。 | The proud have digged pits for me, which are not after thy law. |
| 86 | 你的命令尽都诚实。他们无理地逼迫我，求你帮助我。 | All thy commandments are faithful: they persecute me wrongfully; help thou me. |
| 87 | 他们几乎把我从世上灭绝，但我没有离弃你的训词。 | They had almost consumed me upon earth; but I forsook not thy precepts. |
| 88 | 求你照你的慈爱将我救活。我就遵守你口中的法度。 | Quicken me after thy lovingkindness; so shall I keep the testimony of thy mouth. |
| 89 | 耶和华阿，你的话安定在天，直到永远。 | For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven. |
| 90 | 你的诚实存到万代。你坚定了地，地就长存。 | Thy faithfulness is unto all generations: thou hast established the earth, and it abideth. |
| 91 | 天地照你的安排，存到今日。万物都是你的仆役。 | They continue this day according to thine ordinances: for all are thy servants. |
| 92 | 我若不是喜爱你的律法，早就在苦难中灭绝了。 | Unless thy law had been my delights, I should then have perished in mine affliction. |
| 93 | 我永不忘记你的训词。因你用这训词将我救活了。 | I will never forget thy precepts: for with them thou hast quickened me. |
| 94 | 我是属你的，求你救我，因我寻求了你的训词。 | I am thine, save me: for I have sought thy precepts. |
| 95 | 恶人等待我，要灭绝我，我却要揣摩你的法度。 | The wicked have waited for me to destroy me: but I will consider thy testimonies. |
| 96 | 我看万事尽都有限。惟有你的命令，极其宽广。 | I have seen an end of all perfection: but thy commandment is exceeding broad. |
| 97 | 我何等爱慕你的律法，终日不住地思想。 | O how I love thy law! it is my meditation all the day. |
| 98 | 你的命令常存在我心里，使我比仇敌有智慧。 | Thou through thy commandments hast made me wiser than mine enemies: for they are ever with me. |
| 99 | 我比我的师傅更通达。因我思想你的法度。 | I have more understanding than all my teachers: for thy testimonies are my meditation. |
| 100 | 我比年老的更明白，因我守了你的训词。 | I understand more than the ancients, because I keep thy precepts. |
| 101 | 我禁止我脚走一切的邪路，为要遵守你的话。 | I have refrained my feet from every evil way, that I might keep thy word. |
| 102 | 我没有偏离你的典章，因为你教训了我。 | I have not departed from thy judgments: for thou hast taught me. |
| 103 | 你的言语，在我上膛何等甘美。在我口中比蜜更甜。 | How sweet are thy words unto my taste! yea, sweeter than honey to my mouth! |
| 104 | 我借着你的训词，得以明白。所以我恨一切的假道。 | Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way. |
| 105 | 你的话是我脚前的灯，是我路上的光。 | Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. |
| 106 | 你公义的典章，我曾起誓遵守，我必按誓而行。 | I have sworn, and I will perform it, that I will keep thy righteous judgments. |
| 107 | 我甚是受苦。耶和华阿，求你照你的话将我救活。 | I am afflicted very much: quicken me, O LORD, according unto thy word. |
| 108 | 耶和华阿，求你悦纳我口中的赞美为供物，又将你的典章教训我。 | Accept, I beseech thee, the freewill offerings of my mouth, O LORD, and teach me thy judgments. |
| 109 | 我的性命常在危险之中，我却不忘记你的律法。 | My soul is continually in my hand: yet do I not forget thy law. |
| 110 | 恶人为我设下网罗。我却没有偏离你的训词。 | The wicked have laid a snare for me: yet I erred not from thy precepts. |
| 111 | 我以你的法度为永远的产业。因这是我心中所喜爱的。 | Thy testimonies have I taken as an heritage for ever: for they are the rejoicing of my heart. |
| 112 | 我的心专向你的律例，永远遵行，一直到底。 | I have inclined mine heart to perform thy statutes alway, even unto the end. |
| 113 | 心怀二意的人，为我所恨。但你的律法，为我所爱。 | I hate vain thoughts: but thy law do I love. |
| 114 | 你是我藏身之处，又是我的盾牌。我甚仰望你的话语。 | Thou art my hiding place and my shield: I hope in thy word. |
| 115 | 作恶的人哪，你们离开我吧，我好遵守我神的命令。 | Depart from me, ye evildoers: for I will keep the commandments of my God. |
| 116 | 求你照你的话扶持我，使我存活，也不叫我因失望而害羞。 | Uphold me according unto thy word, that I may live: and let me not be ashamed of my hope. |
| 117 | 求你扶持我，我便得救，时常看重你的律例。 | Hold thou me up, and I shall be safe: and I will have respect unto thy statutes continually. |
| 118 | 凡偏离你律例的人，你都轻弃他们。因为他们的诡诈必归虚空。 | Thou hast trodden down all them that err from thy statutes: for their deceit is falsehood. |
| 119 | 凡地上的恶人，你除掉他，好像除掉渣滓。因此我爱你的法度。 | Thou puttest away all the wicked of the earth like dross: therefore I love thy testimonies. |
| 120 | 我因惧怕你，肉就发抖。我也怕你的判语。 | My flesh trembleth for fear of thee; and I am afraid of thy judgments. |
| 121 | 我行过公平和公义。求你不要撇下我给欺压我的人。 | I have done judgment and justice: leave me not to mine oppressors. |
| 122 | 求你为仆人作保，使我得好处。不容骄傲人欺压我。 | Be surety for thy servant for good: let not the proud oppress me. |
| 123 | 我因盼望你的救恩，和你公义的话，眼睛失明。 | Mine eyes fail for thy salvation, and for the word of thy righteousness. |
| 124 | 求你照你的慈爱待仆人，将你的律例教训我。 | Deal with thy servant according unto thy mercy, and teach me thy statutes. |
| 125 | 我是你的仆人。求你赐我悟性，使我得知你的法度。 | I am thy servant; give me understanding, that I may know thy testimonies. |
| 126 | 这是耶和华降罚的时候，因人废了你的律法。 | It is time for thee, LORD, to work: for they have made void thy law. |
| 127 | 所以，我爱你的命令胜于金子，更胜于精金。 | Therefore I love thy commandments above gold; yea, above fine gold. |
| 128 | 你一切的训词，在万事上我都以为正直。我却恨恶一切假道。 | Therefore I esteem all thy precepts concerning all things to be right; and I hate every false way. |
| 129 | 你的法度奇妙，所以我一心谨守。 | Thy testimonies are wonderful: therefore doth my soul keep them. |
| 130 | 你的言语一解开，就发出亮光，使愚人通达。 | The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple. |
| 131 | 我张口而气喘。因我切慕你的命令。 | I opened my mouth, and panted: for I longed for thy commandments. |
| 132 | 求你转向我，怜悯我，好象你素常待那些爱你名的人。 | Look thou upon me, and be merciful unto me, as thou usest to do unto those that love thy name. |
| 133 | 求你用你的话，使我脚步稳当，不许什么罪孽辖制我。 | Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me. |
| 134 | 求你救我脱离人的欺压。我要遵守你的训词。 | Deliver me from the oppression of man: so will I keep thy precepts. |
| 135 | 求你用脸光照仆人。又将你的律例教训我。 | Make thy face to shine upon thy servant; and teach me thy statutes. |
| 136 | 我的眼泪下流成河，因为他们不守你的律法。 | Rivers of waters run down mine eyes, because they keep not thy law. |
| 137 | 耶和华阿，你是公义的，你的判语也是正直的。 | Righteous art thou, O LORD, and upright are thy judgments. |
| 138 | 你所命定的法度，是凭公义和至诚。 | Thy testimonies that thou hast commanded are righteous and very faithful. |
| 139 | 我心焦急，如同火烧，因我敌人忘记你的言语。 | My zeal hath consumed me, because mine enemies have forgotten thy words. |
| 140 | 你的话极其精炼。所以你的仆人喜爱。 | Thy word is very pure: therefore thy servant loveth it. |
| 141 | 我微小，被人藐视。却不忘记你的训词。 | I am small and despised: yet do not I forget thy precepts. |
| 142 | 你的公义永远长存。你的律法尽都真实。 | Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy law is the truth. |
| 143 | 我遭遇患难愁苦。你的命令却是我所喜爱的。 | Trouble and anguish have taken hold on me: yet thy commandments are my delights. |
| 144 | 你的法度永远是公义的。求你赐我悟性，我就活了。 | The righteousness of thy testimonies is everlasting: give me understanding, and I shall live. |
| 145 | 耶和华阿，我一心呼吁你。求你应允我，我必谨守你的律例。 | I cried with my whole heart; hear me, O LORD: I will keep thy statutes. |
| 146 | 我向你呼吁，求你救我。我要遵守你的法度。 | I cried unto thee; save me, and I shall keep thy testimonies. |
| 147 | 我趁天未亮呼求。我仰望了你的言语。 | I prevented the dawning of the morning, and cried: I hoped in thy word. |
| 148 | 我趁夜更未换，将眼睁开，为要思想你的话语。 | Mine eyes prevent the night watches, that I might meditate in thy word. |
| 149 | 求你照你的慈爱听我的声音。耶和华阿，求你照你的典章，将我救活。 | Hear my voice according unto thy lovingkindness: O LORD, quicken me according to thy judgment. |
| 150 | 追求奸恶的人临近了。他们远离你的律法。 | They draw nigh that follow after mischief: they are far from thy law. |
| 151 | 耶和华阿，你与我相近。你一切的命令尽都真实。 | Thou art near, O LORD; and all thy commandments are truth. |
| 152 | 我因学你的法度，久已知道是你永远立定的。 | Concerning thy testimonies, I have known of old that thou hast founded them for ever. |
| 153 | 求你看顾我的苦难，搭救我，因我不忘记你的律法。 | Consider mine affliction, and deliver me: for I do not forget thy law. |
| 154 | 求你为我辨屈，救赎我，照你的话将我救活。 | Plead my cause, and deliver me: quicken me according to thy word. |
| 155 | 救恩远离恶人。因为他们不寻求你的律例。 | Salvation is far from the wicked: for they seek not thy statutes. |
| 156 | 耶和华阿，你的慈悲本为大。求你照你的典章将我救活。 | Great are thy tender mercies, O LORD: quicken me according to thy judgments. |
| 157 | 逼迫我的，抵挡我的，很多，我却没有偏离你的法度。 | Many are my persecutors and mine enemies; yet do I not decline from thy testimonies. |
| 158 | 我看见奸恶的人，就甚憎恶，因为他们不遵守你的话。 | I beheld the transgressors, and was grieved; because they kept not thy word. |
| 159 | 你看我怎样爱你的训词。耶和华阿，求你照你的慈爱将我救活。 | Consider how I love thy precepts: quicken me, O LORD, according to thy lovingkindness. |
| 160 | 你话的总纲是真实。你一切公义的典章是永远长存。 | Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever. |
| 161 | 首领无故地逼迫我。但我的心畏惧你的言语。 | Princes have persecuted me without a cause: but my heart standeth in awe of thy word. |
| 162 | 我喜爱你的话，好像人得了许多掳物。 | I rejoice at thy word, as one that findeth great spoil. |
| 163 | 谎话是我所恨恶所憎嫌的。惟你的律法，是我所爱的。 | I hate and abhor lying: but thy law do I love. |
| 164 | 我因你公义的典章，一天七次赞美你。 | Seven times a day do I praise thee because of thy righteous judgments. |
| 165 | 爱你律法的人，有大平安。什么都不能使他们绊脚。 | Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them. |
| 166 | 耶和华阿，我仰望了你的救恩，遵行了你的命令。 | LORD, I have hoped for thy salvation, and done thy commandments. |
| 167 | 我心里守了你的法度。这法度我甚喜爱。 | My soul hath kept thy testimonies; and I love them exceedingly. |
| 168 | 我遵守了你的训词和法度。因我一切所行的，都在你面前。 | I have kept thy precepts and thy testimonies: for all my ways are before thee. |
| 169 | 耶和华阿，愿我的呼吁达到你面前，照你的话赐我悟性。 | Let my cry come near before thee, O LORD: give me understanding according to thy word. |
