| 2 | 耶和华说，我曾爱你们。你们却说，你在何事上爱我们呢？耶和华说，以扫不是雅各的哥哥吗？我却爱雅各， | I have loved you, saith the LORD. Yet ye say, Wherein hast thou loved us? Was not Esau Jacob's brother? saith the LORD: yet I loved Jacob, |
| 3 | 恶以扫，使他的山岭荒凉，把他的地业交给旷野的野狗。 | And I hated Esau, and laid his mountains and his heritage waste for the dragons of the wilderness. |
| 4 | 以东人说，我们现在虽被毁坏，却要重建荒废之处。万军之耶和华如此说，任他们建造，我必拆毁。人必称他们的地，为罪恶之境，称他们的民，为耶和华永远恼怒之民。 | Whereas Edom saith, We are impoverished, but we will return and build the desolate places; thus saith the LORD of hosts, They shall build, but I will throw down; and they shall call them, The border of wickedness, and, The people against whom the LORD hath indignation for ever. |
| 5 | 你们必亲眼看见，也必说，愿耶和华在以色列境界之外，被尊为大。 | And your eyes shall see, and ye shall say, The LORD will be magnified from the border of Israel. |
| 6 | 藐视我名的祭司阿，万军之耶和华对你们说，儿子尊敬父亲，仆人敬畏主人。我既为父亲，尊敬我的在哪里呢？我既为主人，敬畏我的在哪里呢？你们却说，我们在何事上藐视你的名呢？ | A son honoureth his father, and a servant his master: if then I be a father, where is mine honour? and if I be a master, where is my fear? saith the LORD of hosts unto you, O priests, that despise my name. And ye say, Wherein have we despised thy name? |
| 7 | 你们将污秽的食物献在我的坛上，且说，我们在何事上污秽你呢？因你们说，耶和华的桌子是可藐视的。 | Ye offer polluted bread upon mine altar; and ye say, Wherein have we polluted thee? In that ye say, The table of the LORD is contemptible. |
| 8 | 你们将瞎眼的献为祭物，这不为恶吗？将瘸腿的，有病的献上，这不为恶吗？你献给你的省长，他岂喜悦你，岂能看你的情面吗？这是万军之耶和华说的。 | And if ye offer the blind for sacrifice, is it not evil? and if ye offer the lame and sick, is it not evil? offer it now unto thy governor; will he be pleased with thee, or accept thy person? saith the LORD of hosts. |
| 9 | 现在我劝你们恳求神，他好施恩与我们。这妄献的事，既由你们经手，他岂能看你们的情面吗？这是万军之耶和华说的。 | And now, I pray you, beseech God that he will be gracious unto us: this hath been by your means: will he regard your persons? saith the LORD of hosts. |
| 10 | 甚愿你们中间有一人关上殿门，免得你们徒然在我坛上烧火。万军之耶和华说，我不喜悦你们，也不从你们手中收纳供物。 | Who is there even among you that would shut the doors for nought? neither do ye kindle fire on mine altar for nought. I have no pleasure in you, saith the LORD of hosts, neither will I accept an offering at your hand. |
| 11 | 万军之耶和华说，从日出之地到日落之处，我的名在外邦中必尊为大。在各处，人必奉我的名烧香，献洁净的供物。因为我的名在外邦中必尊为大。 | For from the rising of the sun even unto the going down of the same my name shall be great among the Gentiles; and in every place incense shall be offered unto my name, and a pure offering: for my name shall be great among the heathen, saith the LORD of hosts. |
| 12 | 你们却亵渎我的名，说，耶和华的桌子是污秽的，其上的食物是可藐视的。 | But ye have profaned it, in that ye say, The table of the LORD is polluted; and the fruit thereof, even his meat, is contemptible. |
| 13 | 你们又说，这些事何等烦琐。并嗤之以鼻。这是万军之耶和华说的。你们把抢夺的，瘸腿的，有病的拿来献上为祭。我岂能从你们手中收纳呢？这是耶和华说的。 | Ye said also, Behold, what a weariness is it! and ye have snuffed at it, saith the LORD of hosts; and ye brought that which was torn, and the lame, and the sick; thus ye brought an offering: should I accept this of your hand? saith the LORD. |
| 14 | 行诡诈的在群中有公羊，他许愿却用有残疾的献给主，这人是可咒诅的。因为我是大君王，我的名在外邦中是可畏的。这是万军之耶和华说的。 | But cursed be the deceiver, which hath in his flock a male, and voweth, and sacrificeth unto the LORD a corrupt thing: for I am a great King, saith the LORD of hosts, and my name is dreadful among the heathen. |
