| 1 | 大利乌王第二年八月，耶和华的话临到易多的孙子，比利家的儿子，先知撒迦利亚，说， | In the eighth month, in the second year of Darius, came the word of the LORD unto Zechariah, the son of Berechiah, the son of Iddo the prophet, saying, |
| 2 | 耶和华曾向你们列祖大大发怒。 | The LORD hath been sore displeased with your fathers. |
| 3 | 所以你要对以色列人说，万军之耶和华如此说，你们要转向我，我就转向你们。这是万军之耶和华说的。 | Therefore say thou unto them, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Turn ye unto me, saith the LORD of hosts, and I will turn unto you, saith the LORD of hosts. |
| 4 | 不要效法你们列祖。从前的先知呼叫他们说，万军之耶和华如此说，你们要回头，离开你们的恶道恶行。他们却不听，也不顺从我。这是耶和华说的。 | Be ye not as your fathers, unto whom the former prophets have cried, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Turn ye now from your evil ways, and from your evil doings: but they did not hear, nor hearken unto me, saith the LORD. |
| 5 | 你们的列祖在哪里呢？那些先知能永远存活吗？ | Your fathers, where are they? and the prophets, do they live for ever? |
| 6 | 只是我的言语和律例，就是所吩咐我仆人众先知的，岂不临到你们列祖吗？他们就回头，说，万军之耶和华定意，按我们的行动作为，向我们怎样行，他已照样行了。 | But my words and my statutes, which I commanded my servants the prophets, did they not take hold of your fathers? and they returned and said, Like as the LORD of hosts thought to do unto us, according to our ways, and according to our doings, so hath he dealt with us. |
| 7 | 大利乌第二年十一月，就是细吧特月二十四日，耶和华的话临到易多的孙子，比利家的儿子先知撒迦利亚，说， | Upon the four and twentieth day of the eleventh month, which is the month Sebat, in the second year of Darius, came the word of the LORD unto Zechariah, the son of Berechiah, the son of Iddo the prophet, saying, |
| 8 | 我夜间观看，见一人骑着红马，站在洼地番石榴树中间。在他身后又有红马，黄马，和白马。 | I saw by night, and behold a man riding upon a red horse, and he stood among the myrtle trees that were in the bottom; and behind him were there red horses, speckled, and white. |
| 9 | 我对与我说话的天使说，主阿，这是什么意思。他说，我要指示你这是什么意思。 | Then said I, O my lord, what are these? And the angel that talked with me said unto me, I will shew thee what these be. |
| 10 | 那站在番石榴树中间的人说，这是奉耶和华差遣，在遍地走来走去的。 | And the man that stood among the myrtle trees answered and said, These are they whom the LORD hath sent to walk to and fro through the earth. |
| 11 | 那些骑马的，对站在番石榴树中间耶和华的使者说，我们已在遍地走来走去，见全地都安息平静。 | And they answered the angel of the LORD that stood among the myrtle trees, and said, We have walked to and fro through the earth, and, behold, all the earth sitteth still, and is at rest. |
| 12 | 于是，耶和华的使者说，万军之耶和华阿，你恼恨耶路撒冷，和犹大的城邑，已经七十年，你不施怜悯要到几时呢？ | Then the angel of the LORD answered and said, O LORD of hosts, how long wilt thou not have mercy on Jerusalem and on the cities of Judah, against which thou hast had indignation these threescore and ten years? |
| 13 | 耶和华就用美善的安慰话，回答那与我说话的天使。 | And the LORD answered the angel that talked with me with good words and comfortable words. |
| 14 | 与我说话的天使对我说，你要宣告说，万军之耶和华如此说，我为耶路撒冷，为锡安，心里极其火热。 | So the angel that communed with me said unto me, Cry thou, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; I am jealous for Jerusalem and for Zion with a great jealousy. |
| 15 | 我甚恼怒那安逸的列国。因我从前稍微恼怒我民，他们就加害过分。 | And I am very sore displeased with the heathen that are at ease: for I was but a little displeased, and they helped forward the affliction. |
| 16 | 所以耶和华如此说，现今我回到耶路撒冷，仍施怜悯。我的殿必重建在其中，准绳必拉在耶路撒冷之上。这是万军之耶和华说的。 | Therefore thus saith the LORD; I am returned to Jerusalem with mercies: my house shall be built in it, saith the LORD of hosts, and a line shall be stretched forth upon Jerusalem. |
| 17 | 你要再宣告说，万军之耶和华如此说，我的城邑必再丰盛发达。耶和华必再安慰锡安，拣选耶路撒冷。 | Cry yet, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; My cities through prosperity shall yet be spread abroad; and the LORD shall yet comfort Zion, and shall yet choose Jerusalem. |
| 18 | 我举目观看，见有四角。 | Then lifted I up mine eyes, and saw, and behold four horns. |
| 19 | 我就问与我说话的天使说，这是什么意思。他回答说，这是打散犹大，以色列，和耶路撒冷的角。 | And I said unto the angel that talked with me, What be these? And he answered me, These are the horns which have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem. |
| 20 | 耶和华又指四个匠人给我看。 | And the LORD shewed me four carpenters. |
| 21 | 我说，他们来做什么呢？他说，这是打散犹大的角，使人不敢抬头。但这些匠人来威吓列国，打掉他们的角，就是举起打散犹大地的角。 | Then said I, What come these to do? And he spake, saying, These are the horns which have scattered Judah, so that no man did lift up his head: but these are come to fray them, to cast out the horns of the Gentiles, which lifted up their horn over the land of Judah to scatter it. |
